Rhythms that Connect. Community that Lasts.

There’s something magical that happens when people come together in a circle to drum. The beat brings us into the moment, connects us to each other, and awakens something ancient and joyful inside us. At Groove Bear Rhythm, our drum circles are all about accessibility, playfulness, and healing connection — no musical experience needed.

Whether you’re looking to energize a group, celebrate community, or create space for stress relief and self-expression, drumming is a powerful tool that meets people where they are.

What to Expect

Groove Bear Rhythm drum circles are welcoming, hands-on experiences guided by Ben — a trained facilitator and sound healer with a deep passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces. Each session is customized to the group, but typically includes:

Easy-to-follow rhythm games and activities

• Call-and-response drumming and group improvisation

• Moments for mindfulness, laughter, and creativity

• All instruments provided (or bring your own!)

Circles can be held indoors or outdoors and adapted to all ability levels. Perfect for groups of 5–50 (or more with advance planning).
